How do I get my badge?The visitor who has completed the online registration process can obtain your badge at the visitor counter by presenting your registration confirmation letter and your passport.
Book a hotelThe organizer provides a professional online platform for exhibitors to book hotel accommodation during the Pet Fair Asia 2025. Please log on to the following website to make hotel reservations.
Since the peak season for booking hotels during the Pet Fair Asia 2025, the organizer recommends that exhibitors book rooms as early as possible. Whether the reservation is successful or not, please refer to the confirmation message on the mobile phone and the online system to confirm the order.

1. The above prices include service charge and tax.
2. The system will receive the confirmation of hotel accommodation within 24 hours after you pay for the booking. Unpaid rooms cannot be reserved
3. Due to the limited number of rooms in each hotel, the final reservation date is August 10.
4. If you have other hotel accommodation needs, we will also be happy to serve you.

A tourist visa is the fastest and cost-efficient way to enter China and participate in a trade show. The validity of a tourist visa is generally 30 days. Most tourist visas are available without formal invitation letters. Itinerary, flight and accommodation reservations will be enough. However, tourist visas are sometimes very hard to get and even unavailable in some countries. Please confirm with the Chinese Embassy of your country in advance.
Business visas are more complex and require a formal business invitation. We thus suggest starting an application in advance. Orient Explorer China can assist with this step of the application. The visa application takes at least 1 week to process. We recommend you plan on waiting 2-4 weeks for your visa to be completed. Please fill in and submit your application form, with photocopies of your passport attached. If you want to apply for a visa, you need to confirm and pay relevant application fees in advance.

The closest metro station is less than 2 minutes walk from the exhibition center: Line 7, station "Hua Mu Road", exit 2.
If you come from Pudong Airport (Metro Line 2 or Maglev Fast train), we recommend you to stop at Long Yang Road station and take a 5 minutes cost/time effective trip by Taxi (or 10 minutes walking) to the exhibition center.
