Global Pet Industry Flagship Exhibition

Pet Fair Asia takes place every August at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Since its launch in 1997, the show has witnessed the rise of the Chinese pet market and maintained an impressive year-on-year growth. Its 27^th edition covered 310,000sqm of gross exhibiting space and had more than 2,600 exhibitors and 130,000 professionals from 95 different countries.

The last two days of Pet Fair Asia welcomed more than 380,000 consumers and pet lovers, which helped to increase brand awareness with end users. The 28^th edition of Pet Fair Asia returns to Shanghai on 19-23 August, 2026.

15th International Pet Industry Summit - Asian CEO Summit

Since its inception in 2011, the International Pet Industry Summit (IPIS) – Asian CEO Summit has become a leading conference and trend indicator for China's pet industry. This year, it is expected that over 760 attendees and 25+ speakers will gather to discuss the profound shifts unfolding across Asian pet markets. The summit aims to help industry leaders steer through market volatility, clarify direction amid differing views, tap into new value in established markets, and pursue long-term, sustainable growth.

Asia Pet Health and Food Summit

In response to the major trends of pet food becoming more functional and precision-oriented, this year's summit has been upgraded from the Asia Pet Food Summit to the Asia Pet Health and Food Summit. With over 350 attendees and 20+ speakers expected to join, the summit will focus on four core areas: market & consumer trends, formula technology & precision nutrition, manufacturing technology upgrades, and brand & user strategy. It will bring together domestic and international nutrition experts, R&D leaders, and marketing executives to cultivate the industry with a long-term perspective and to collectively break through growth bottlenecks.

The closest metro station is less than 2 minutes walk from the exhibition center: Line 7, station “Hua Mu Road”, exit 2.
If you come from Pudong Airport (Metro Line 2 or Maglev Fast train), we recommend you to stop at Long Yang Road station and take a 5 minutes cost/time effective trip by Taxi (or 10 minutes walking) to the exhibition center.
